Advertisement - Boiler Vending Improvements (Note Deadline Date Change in Addendum Below)
The Waltham Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Boiler Venting Improvements at Arthur J. Clark Apartments, 48 Pine Street, Waltham, MA, in accordance with the documents prepared by MacRitchie Engineering. The Project consists of: The removal and replacement of existing boiler combustion intake and exhaust piping in a new configuration. Additional items include Installation of a new exhaust fan, motorized damper and associated thermostat control.
General Bids will be received until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 11th, 2019 and publicly opened online, forthwith (original deadline).

Bidders are herby informed that the Contract Documents (Plans & Specifications) for the project aforementioned in the subject line above, have been modified, corrected and/or supplemented by this addendum (below) which shall become a part of the complete Contract Document set prepared by MacRitchie Engineering Inc. And as such, all bidders should acknowledge it in Paragraph B on the form for General Bid. Failure to do so could result in the rejection of your bid.
General Bids will be received until 2:00 PM on Friday, September 13th, 2019 and publicly opened online, forthwith.
