Project Updates
Excavation and Site Work and Painting The Waltham Housing Authority (WHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Trade Services repairs and maintenance as needed on a day to day basis at various public housing developments owned and operated by the Waltham Housing Authority in accordance with the documents prepared by the Waltham Housing Authority. The contract duration is two (2) years. The WHA may exercise its option to renew the contract for two (2) additional years at one (1) year intervals. The estimated cost for one (1) year is $100,000 Bids are subject to MGL c.149 §44A-J & to minimum state wage rates as required by MGL c l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive. General Bids will be received until 10:00 AM on October 1, 2021 and publicly opened, VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE forthwith. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit or bid bond that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount and made payable to the Waltham Housing Authority.
